Week 6 - Passion - Kevin Aguilar

 Howdy! So when it comes to passion, I seem to have a lot. Writing them all down would be the equivalent of writing a whole novel. I just can't help it, I love to learn new things all the time because I'm just extremely versatile! But to narrow down my passions for this assignment, one thing I'm most passionate about is my creative writing, I've always been good at it and have only continued to improve in the last couple of years. Now to add some context to the image above, the reason I took this picture of Burbank is that well on top of the fact that I love looking at night skies, the stars, how beautiful the moon was that night, and the lighting overall, this lighting and view is a reminder to me that this is the type of scenery I'm striving to have once I move into a fancy apartment in Burbank or even downtown LA after my screenwriting career takes off. I'd imagine that this is the type of scenery I'll be seeing after I'm just getting home to the said apartment after a long day on set. It's a reminder that what I'm most passionate about is what's going to get me there. The lighting composition in this view is a reminder to me that there's lots of opportunity out there in the city. The city lights give me a sense of direction of "this is where you want to be." My dreams of working in Burbank might even be coming true soon if I am lucky enough to hear back from the internships at Warner Bros and HBO that I applied to recently. But until then I'll just continue to cherish the beautiful night skies, moonlight, and city lights from a distance.
